WHY 21 DAYS…?
It is believed through the research and development of Neuroplasticity that it takes 21 days to change a habit.
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Your mind is made up of neurons, these neurons are the very foundation of our beliefs through our thoughts and feelings.
When we think a thought over and over again that thought becomes our reality, it becomes a belief and the most dominant thoughts win the beliefs, meaning the things we think about the most create the beliefs within our neurons.
In this challenge we are going to begin to rewire those neurons, setting off new ones to fire together in what we do want, in what we do desire.
Think Magic & Miracles!
Once we think these same thoughts often enough for a period of at least 21 days, these new thoughts become new beliefs while the old beliefs that are incongruent with the new ones melt away.
Our mind controls our body, it is responsible for every single chemical for every single cell in our body, 37 trillion to be exact!
When we start to think new thoughts and believe new beliefs about ourselves, the brain sends signals down to all the cells with the new data so the cells can act accordingly.
Cells generally regenerate in a 21-day cycle, so by thinking new thoughts, and those thoughts becoming new beliefs it takes 21 days for these new messages to hit the cells and the cells begin to act differently depending on what signals are being sent.
If you have been saying unconsciously that you
- Are not worthy
- Are not deserving
- Are not attractive
- Struggle financially
the cells have been acting accordingly to this information, same with the chemicals that the brain fires off, these chemicals when thinking the above thoughts wouldn’t be the fun, joyful, exciting, happy and blissful chemicals we have available to us at any given time.
More likely they would be low vibrational chemicals, keeping you from being the best version of you.
Okay so the rules are
- You follow each and every step of the 21 day challenge…no excuses!
- Each step you incorporate on each day becomes a new routine for the 21 days.
- Once you have completed all the tasks for the 21 days you may like to pick a few of your favourites.
- Perhaps a few of your voice recordings to play every day, or every other day.
- Along with any other rituals you have picked up along your journey.
There is no right or wrong when it comes to daily rituals as long as you do them consistently every day, like brushing your teeth.
Choose a routine that fits in with your day, such as 5 minutes of meditation, 2 minutes of affirmations and 30 minutes of walking or yoga.
The best way to get the most out of every day is to have a morning routine, just for you that is of the highest priority. You guard this routine with your life.
That way every day is a new day to be the best version of you.
