The onset of menopause after a hysterectomy is a well-known fact,

but not all women are prepared for it or ready to face it and struggle to deal with it.

Why do women who have had a hysterectomy find it difficult to navigate the onset of menopause?

The onset of menopause after a hysterectomy is a well-known fact, but not all women are prepared for it.

At the age of 47, I just kind of thought it wouldn't happen to me, to be honest.

The restless nights, throwing the covers off, then pulling them back on, the HEAT, so unbearable at times I'd want to scream. Then there's the mood swings, loss of libido and even
feelings of inadequacy, like you're somehow disfigured.

Other people don't see it but it's something many women feel.

The emotional rollercoaster and the body changes make this transition into your Goddess phase challenging and so foreign it can keep women from living their life to the fullest.

And it's no surprise: Your body didn't get the memo that your hormone levels were about to change. Your body didn't get the chance to slowly move into this new phase. It got a slam dunk straight into the deep end of Surgical Menopause.

But here's the key...

1 of 3

The body is controlled by the mind and what the mind can CONCEIVE the body can ACHIEVE...

It's time to see your journey through new eyes, not the way society wants to portray it. The
emotional and psychological transition from child raising years to goddess of wisdom years is challenging. Just remembering what it was like to transition into child raising years makes the hairs stand up on my back.

The truth is...

Women can make this transition one that is enlightening, uplifting and empowering.

Imagine you were able to use this time in life to pause, reflect and finally emotionally heal.
Addressing past traumas and fears directly and turning this challenging journey into a path of growth and self-discovery.

This path isn't complicated. It's about understanding, acceptance, and transformation. It's
about taking back your POWER when coming into your Goddess phase of the journey, and embracing your mind, body and spirit in a way that is loving, kind and compassionate.

The results?

Imagine waking up feeling empowered, peaceful, calm and resilient. Seeing your
menopause not as age creeping in, or the loss of something you once had but as
a launching pad to a healthier and happier version of YOU.
